UK Shipping
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and posted via Royal Mail. Evri or DHL. If you need an order to arrive quickly or a message included in the package please email and I will do my best to do this for you!
All orders are gift wrapped in tissue paper and securely wrapped for a safe transit. I use packaging that is recyclable and occasionally packaging that has been donated by locals for me to re use.
‘Made to order’, items will be dispatched in 4-6 weeks (maybe sooner) and any large orders will be posted using a reliable courier.
EU Shipping
As of 01.01.2021, customers in the European Union will have to pay import duties and import VAT on purchases made from the UK. It is a cost incurred at the border and charged to the recipient by the courier service. There is no way for me to predict how much this will be as it differs from country to country and depends on size/weight of package. This cost is in addition to your initial shipping costs. The customer is liable to pay these charges and if they aren’t paid, the package will not be cleared and will not get past the border. Unfortunately this is not something I have any control over so please be aware of the cost implications before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
To arrange a return please email with me within 14 days of receiving your item and then return the items back within 14 days in the condition you received them in.
Returns postage will need to be covered by you, unless you are returning a faulty item.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Commissions or personalised orders.
Address Not Found/ Return To Sender
Packages returned via the courier will automatically be refunded. If a return fee is charged by the courier this may also be deducted from the refund amount.
Shopping Cart
During my shop openings you are able to put items into your shopping cart. However, these items are not reserved until the transaction is complete. This means someone else may purchase this item in the meantime. This can be frustrating but this is the way most websites work to ensure people don’t just fill up their carts and prevent others from browsing.
