Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days and posted via Royal Mail 24/48 tracked or DHL if it is a larger delivery.

If you have any specific requests, please contact us at info@bethanjonesceramics.com with your needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.

All orders are gift wrapped in tissue paper and securely wrapped for a safe transit. I use packaging that is recyclable and occasionally packaging that has been donated by locals for me to re-use, I encourage you to reuse to recycle the packaging if you can.

‘Made to order’, items will be dispatched in 5-6 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are very happy with your purchases from Bethan Jones Ceramics. However, if for any reason you are not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bethanjonesceramics.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 1, Persey W & Son, Plymtree, Cullompton, EX15 2LD.

Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.

Address Not Found/ Return To Sender

Packages returned via the courier will automatically be refunded. If a return fee is charged by the courier this may also be deducted from the refund amount.

EU Shipping

As of 01.01.2021, customers in the European Union will have to pay import duties and import VAT on purchases made from the UK. It is a cost incurred at the border and charged to the recipient by the courier service. There is no way for me to predict how much this will be as it differs from country to country and depends on size/weight of package. This cost is in addition to your initial shipping costs. The customer is liable to pay these charges and if they aren’t paid, the package will not be cleared and will not get past the border. Unfortunately this is not something I have any control over so please be aware of the cost implications before placing your order.

Shopping Cart

During my shop openings you are able to put items into your shopping cart. However, these items are not reserved until the transaction is complete. This means someone else may purchase this item in the meantime. This can be frustrating but this is the way most websites work to ensure people don’t just fill up their carts and prevent others from browsing.
